




Develop and deliver normative and technical training for agricultural, automotive, industrial, and cogeneration operations, ensuring legal compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), internal policies, and best practices in safety, environment, and quality. Contribute to strengthening the safety culture and the technical-operational development of plant personnel. **Responsibilities and duties** Develop and implement the annual program of normative training, considering applicable legislation, activity risks, and needs of the agricultural, automotive, industrial, and energy areas. Create didactic materials, assessments, and training records (NRs, operational procedures, environment, quality). Deliver in-person and online training (NRs, onboarding of new employees, working at heights, confined spaces, machine operation, among others). Support internal and external audits, ensuring documented evidence of mandatory trainings. Guide leaders and teams regarding the importance of continuous training and correct application of normative procedures. Participate in updating training plans according to legal and technological changes in the sugarcane-energy sector. Stay updated on labor and regulatory legislation, proposing improvements and adjustments to training content. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed technical education in Occupational Safety or related fields. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related areas is desirable. Specific training and/or certifications to act as an instructor for applicable NRs (NR 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 20, 31, 33, 35, etc.). Previous experience of 2 to 3 years delivering normative and technical training in industrial, agricultural, and automotive environments.
