




Promote the continuous growth and improvement of the organization's employees, fostering adherence to the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to achieve the company's strategic objectives, as well as ensuring compliance with personnel development policies and procedures. **Responsibilities and duties** * Diagnose training needs together with area managers, aligned with the company's strategy and policies, aiming at employee qualification and effectiveness of expected results, through application of the procedure established for this purpose. * Determine cost/benefit of identified trainings, seeking to align costs with emphasis on the budget previously agreed upon for this purpose, as well as determine/suggest the best provider, dates, and other resources for conducting the trainings. * Develop and monitor the training plan based on identified needs and costs, aiming at operationalizing the process to ensure trainings are conducted as planned, as well as taking corrective and/or preventive actions according to achieved results. * Interact with internal/external providers/trainers to direct trainings toward planned objectives, as well as stay updated on available training programs in the market. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trainings conducted together with area managers (requesters), in order to demonstrate achieved results and compare them with planned outcomes. * Coordinate and participate in the new employee onboarding program, aiming to engage them across all company areas, applying the program according to the work instruction established for this purpose. * Collect and compile data from activities performed in order to contribute to results reported through quality and performance indicators of the area. * Support unit managers in human resource processes, guiding them on policies, procedures, deadlines, and possible ways to manage adverse situations. * Implement action plans arising from people management programs (climate surveys, performance evaluations, among others); develop and monitor policies related to onboarding, training, and development; create, monitor, and control the orientation program for new or recently promoted employees; * Monitor training outcomes through reaction evaluations, ensuring course quality as well as instructor performance; **Requirements and qualifications** Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good teaching ability. Ability to plan, solid organizational sense.
