RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMPANY'S GREEN AREAS, PERFORMING GRASS CUTTING, PRUNING, PLANTING, FERTILIZATION AND PEST CONTROL ACTIVITIES. OPERATES TRACTOR AND GARDENING EQUIPMENT, APPLYING HERBICIDES AND FERTILIZERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH TECHNICAL GUIDELINES AND SAFETY STANDARDS. **Responsibilities and duties** * PERFORM GRASS CUTTING, TREE, SHRUB AND HEDGE PRUNING USING EQUIPMENT SUCH AS BRUSH CUTTERS, CHAIN SAWS AND MANUAL SHEARS; * OPERATE TRACTOR IN MOWING, MATERIAL TRANSPORT, REMOVAL OF VEGETATIVE WASTE AND SUPPORT OF GARDENING ROUTINES; * APPLY HERBICIDES, FERTILIZERS AND AGRICULTURAL CHEMICALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFETY PROCEDURES; * OPERATE BLOWERS AND OTHER SUPPORT TOOLS FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF GREEN AREAS; * PREPARE SOIL, PERFORM PLANTING AND REPLANTING OF LAWNS, FLOWERS AND ORNAMENTAL SEEDLINGS; * PERFORM BASIC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT UNDER OWN RESPONSIBILITY; * ENSURE THE PRESERVATION OF GREEN AREAS, FLOWERBEDS AND INTERNAL ROADS, KEEPING THE ENVIRONMENT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED; * COMPLY WITH HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) REGULATIONS IN ALL PERFORMED ACTIVITIES; * SUPPORT THE PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF LANDSCAPING INITIATIVES AND EXTERNAL AREA IMPROVEMENTS. **Requirements and qualifications** COMPLETE ELEMENTARY EDUCATION DRIVER'S LICENSE CATEGORY C OR HIGHER; **Additional information*** Health assistance * Dental plan * Life insurance * Pharmacy assistance * Meal allowance * Company shuttle bus * Onsite restaurant \- PMRN \- Performance Incentive Program We are proud to say we are big because our nature is to look to the future, for over five decades.
