Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or related fields; * Previous experience in PPCM in Maintenance Planning or Engineering roles; * Field experience in Maintenance Routines (Mechanical, Boilerplate, Electrical, etc.) is desirable; * Advantage: Experience in Maintenance/Planning of major shutdowns; * Previous experience in Cost Management is desirable; * Knowledge in Project is desirable; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of SAP PM module; Logical reasoning and ease with calculations. * YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management and development of the PPCM (Planning, Programming and Maintenance Control) team; * Management and monitoring of scheduled shutdowns; * Management of unit maintenance costs and general expenses (contracted services, third parties); * Supplier management and tracking of purchase orders for materials/services required for harvest and off-season maintenance; * Management of PPCM performance indicators. 2511070202301854359
