Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * High School Diploma; * Technical Education in progress or completed (Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or Pulp and Paper) or related fields is desirable; * Advantage: Driver's License (CNH - Category B); * Forklift operation knowledge is desirable; * Field operation experience in industry is desirable; * Availability to work 5x1 shift schedule; * Must reside in Guariba SP, Santa Ernestina SP, Dobrada SP, Taquaritinga SP, Matão SP, or Jaboticabal SP. WHAT YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: * Responsible for field operations within the Production areas; * Ensure standardized operations according to procedures (SOPs) and process parameters (Process Maps), always seeking continuous improvement; * Responsible for valve maneuvering in the field, monitoring equipment shutdowns and startups such as pumps, agitators, motor-gear reducers, etc.; * Conduct inspections of pipelines and equipment to identify losses and anomalies; * When necessary, collect and analyze process samples, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Perform safety lockout on equipment during maintenance (LOTO); * Carry out minor repairs during operation, such as valve maintenance, replacement of consumable items in equipment, welding on piping and boiler systems, etc.; * Support minor operational maintenance on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Monitor production indicators and control variables, reporting deviations via logbook and to the Shift Supervisor (GO); * Complete checklists for the assigned area, paying attention to the control range of each item and taking corrective actions when necessary; * Utilize company management tools aiming for excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency; * Work collaboratively, sharing information and tasks with other team members; * Take proactive actions to achieve production targets; * Sensory analysis of equipment, observing vibration, temperature, and abnormal noises during operation. 2511210202471881801
