We are looking for an Occupational Safety Technician to join our team at KUEHNE+NAGEL. You will be responsible for implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and other requirements. You will support improvement of the branch’s occupational health and safety culture by promoting accident prevention programs. You will serve as a member of the branch’s SESMT (Specialized Service in Occupational Safety and Medicine). Our headquarters is located in Ijuí-RS. **How to Make an Impact** * Deliver technical (specific) training to forklift operators upon joining the company and whenever refresher training is required. * Deliver training to certify operators of mobile equipment such as onboard or non-onboard electric pallet trucks. * Manage incident and accident investigations at the branch and provide technical assessment support. * Maintain legal documentation at the branch (PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO, ASO, PPP, AVCB, and others). * Manage PPE records and supervise employee use of personal protective equipment. * Control and deliver mandatory trainings in accordance with corporate procedures. * Enter and manage information in the ADP and SOC systems to comply with eSocial requirements. * Implement and monitor CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) operations. * Ensure compliance with corporate Occupational Health and Safety procedures at the branch. * Monitor the branch’s action plans and submit monthly reports to the Quality Supervisor. **What We’d Like You to Bring** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety. * Prior experience as an Occupational Safety Technician. * Knowledge of NR-11 and CIPA regulations. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **What We Offer You** At Kuehne+Nagel, you are always part of a committed and dynamic team because great achievements are only possible together.
