Job Summary: We are seeking a Harvester Operator II to operate sugarcane harvesting machinery, ensuring equipment preservation, maintenance, and operational quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Harvester Operator II** to work at **EAB** in **GUARIBA SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES:** * Safely operate the harvester during sugarcane harvesting operations; * Maintain and perform basic machine maintenance—including replacing base-cutting knives, adjusting and calibrating implements, and general cleaning; * Operate the harvester within quality standards to minimize losses, prevent stool eradication, and avoid trampling; * Accurately record data on the onboard computer. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) — Category C or D; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 schedule; * Prior experience in this role; * Residence in Santa Ernestina SP, Dobrada SP, or Taquaritinga SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application — completing this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview — an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview — a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
