




Description: * Operate the crystallization process for massecuites A and B, verifying purity, Brix, and the required amount of seed (molasses or syrup) to ensure proper crystallization, with an appropriate crystal count and uniformity according to the planned number of pans. * Strictly adhere to the parameters established in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for boiling massecuites A and B. * Maintain appropriate granulometry for the type of sugar being produced (Crystal or VHP). * Perform evaporator blowdown at the end of each boiling cycle to remove residual crystals before the next cycle. * Carry out cleaning of equipment and the work area, ensuring compliance with process hygiene standards. * Properly use the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for the role and work area. * Keep the work area clean and organized, complying with safety and quality standards. * Assist the industrial maintenance team during the off-season period, under the coordination of technical professionals or the immediate supervisor of the department, performing mechanical maintenance tasks such as valve repairs, general services, and support for plumbers, painters, welders, and other necessary cleaning activities. 2512140202201920322
