We are looking for an **E2G I Production Operator** to join the **E2G - Bonfim** team in **Guariba, SP** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Responsible for field operations in Production areas; * Ensure standardized operation according to procedures (SOP) and process parameters (Process Map), always seeking continuous improvement; * Responsible for field valve operations, monitoring equipment shutdowns and startups such as pumps, agitators, motor-reducers, etc.; * Perform inspections of pipelines and equipment to identify losses and anomalies; * When necessary, collect and analyze process samples, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Perform safety lockout on equipment for maintenance (LOTO); * Carry out minor repairs during operation, such as valve maintenance, replacement of consumable items in equipment, welding on piping and boiler systems, etc.; * Support minor operational maintenance on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Monitor production indicators and control variables, reporting deviations via logbook and to the shift supervisor (GO); * Complete checklists for the assigned area, paying attention to the control range of each item and taking corrective actions if necessary; * Use company management tools aimed at excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency; * Work as a team, sharing information and activities with other employees; * Take proactive actions to achieve production targets; * Sensory analysis of equipment, observing vibration, temperature, and abnormal noises during operation. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed High School; * Preferred: Ongoing or completed Technical Education (Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or Pulp and Paper) or related fields; * Advantage: Driver's License (CNH - Category B); * Preferred knowledge in Forklift Operation; * Preferred experience in Industry (Field Operations); * Availability to work 5x1 shifts; * Must reside in Guariba SP, Santa Ernestina SP, Dobrada SP, Taquaritinga SP, Matão SP, or Jaboticabal SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration - completion of this form and additional data if required. * HR Interview - a chat to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
