Job Summary: A professional responsible for end-to-end import processes, from purchase order to customs clearance and logistics delivery to the factory, including document and foreign exchange control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full management of the import and logistics process 2. Detailed document control and review 3. Interaction with customs brokers and freight forwarders End-to-end import process handling, from PO to customs clearance and logistics delivery to the factory. Control and review of B/L, invoice, packing list, proforma invoice, certificates, and test reports. Foreign exchange settlement. Interaction with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Customs clearance follow-up. Deadline monitoring. Management of maritime, road, and other shipments. Control of customs duties and taxes. Document filing and organization. Invoice and NFC verification. Creation and control of payment workflows. Preparation of reports.
