




Job Summary: Support Utility Supervisors in the continuous and efficient operation of utility processes, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the development and updating of procedures Mission Support Utility Supervisors across all operations and continuous functioning of the Utility Process (Biomass stock control, Boiler, Effluent Treatment Plant – ETP, Water Treatment Plant – WTP, Refrigeration, and Compressed Air), covering all equipment to control all utility system operations and thereby ensure achievement of efficiency, quality, safety, and environmental targets and standards. What You Will Do * Coordinate activities related to the Utility Process operation; monitor and guide utility operations activities (Biomass stock control, Boiler, Effluent Treatment Plant – ETP, Water Treatment Plant – WTP, Refrigeration, and Compressed Air), providing support to operators and managing daily demands; ensuring operator support and fulfillment of daily requirements. * Ensure monitoring/operation of equipment used in the Utility Process (through operational checklist review, gemba inspection rounds, analytical controls, etc.). * Guarantee equipment reliability and perform inspections; verify maintenance needs; raise maintenance notifications in SAP; assist the maintenance team when required by supporting equipment removal/installation, lockouts, and preparation for maintenance activities (shutdown, cleaning, activity release documentation) and post-maintenance inspection; * Guide and train operators on area work procedures to ensure activities are performed in compliance with internal standards (SSMA and Quality) and applicable legislation; * Ensure collection of internal and external samples for laboratory analysis and monitor analytical results to support decision-making and process adjustments; * Identify process anomalies and implement solutions and improvements in Biomass stock control, Boiler, Effluent Treatment Plant – ETP, Water Treatment Plant – WTP, Refrigeration, and Compressed Air operations; * Manage chemical inventory in the warehouse and field to ensure continuous supply for operational needs; * Ensure chemical treatment is correctly implemented (ETP, WTP, Boiler, and Refrigeration) and that analytical results meet required standards; * Support factory departments to identify waste and environmental risks; interface with factory departments, monitor processes to identify waste and environmental risks through inspections; notify direct process owners immediately upon identifying any anomaly. * Assist in vacation scheduling and hour bank management; * Participate in quality and continuous improvement task forces (PDCA, Six Sigma, failure analysis, etc.). * Contribute to the development, revision, and updating of managerial, operational procedures, and forms for managing the entire Utilities area process; * Perform tasks in accordance with company procedures, standards, and policies, fulfilling requirements for Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health, Workplace Safety, and Environmental Management. What We Seek **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or Electromechanics; * Routine Management (PDCA, Ishikawa); * Failure Analysis; * Good Manufacturing Practices; * Availability to work onsite in Matão/SP. * Experience in utility operations activities (Biomass stock control, Boiler, Effluent Treatment Plant – ETP, Water Treatment Plant – WTP, Refrigeration, and Compressed Air).
