Job Summary: Work as a Tire Technician Driver, performing on-site tire maintenance and evaluation, ensuring material transportation and equipment preservation. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Tire Technician Driver** to join the **EAB** team in **Guariba, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Drive the tire shop truck to provide on-site tire and inner tube maintenance; * Mount and demount tires; * Assess tire condition; * Map tires using daily control sheets aligned with daily demands; * Evaluate scrap tires and tires suitable for repair or retreading; * Operate the hydraulic winch during tire replacement and handling operations; * Transport tires and materials; * Maintain and preserve equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Elementary education; * National driver’s license category C or D; * Availability to work on a 5x1 shift schedule; * Knowledge of agricultural tires is considered a plus; * Residency in Santa Ernestina SP, Dobrada SP, Taquaritinga SP, Matão SP, Guariba SP, or Jaboticabal SP. * Commitment to safety. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
