Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for calibrating scales, organizing and sanitizing fractioning areas, conducting inventories, verifying materials, and managing the receipt and storage of raw materials. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for scale calibration and sector organization. 2. Conducts rotating inventory and supports the annual general inventory. 3. Manages separation, movement, and storage of raw materials. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform daily calibration of scales installed in the sector, reporting deviations when equipment falls outside acceptable parameters. Organize and sanitize fractioning rooms, utensils, and equipment used in the process. Execute daily rotating inventory and support the annual general inventory according to established procedures. Perform final material verification and deliver materials to the processing area. Complete production orders and record write-offs of fractioned products based on recorded entries. Carry out separation, movement, fractioning, identification, and return of raw materials to designated storage locations, following production orders, SOPs, and Good Storage Practices.
