Focuses on picking, batch checking, separation, load assembly, and loading, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the logistics area. * Receive and inspect products coming from production, verifying codes, batches, quantities, and after product inspection release them for storage. * Receive and interpret shipping orders from production, checking codes, batches, quantities, and destinations of finished products; * Perform physical picking and separation of products, ensuring correct correspondence between the order, batch, and product expiration date according to traceability standards and good storage practices; * Conduct thorough inspection of batches, expiration dates, and quantities, ensuring conformity between fiscal documents (invoice, delivery note, order) and the actual prepared volumes; * Ensure the physical integrity of finished products, preventing damage, cross-contamination, or spoilage during handling and loading; * Perform load assembly and securing, respecting product compatibility, volume stability, and transportation safety regulations; * Correctly identify and label packages, ensuring full traceability throughout the logistics process; * Inspect vehicles and transport conditions, checking cleanliness, condition, maximum allowed weight, and proper cargo distribution; * Supervise the loading process, ensuring that the loading sequence follows the logical delivery order (route planning) and that seals are properly applied and recorded; * Record movements in the system (WMS/ERP), ensuring real-time inventory updates and correct issuance of shipping documents; * Report non-conformities (discrepancies, damages, quarantined products, batch blocks) to the immediate supervisor, contributing to corrective and preventive actions; * Participate in cyclic and general inventories, collaborating in inventory control and system accuracy; * Strictly comply with operational procedures (SOPs) and safety, quality, and 5S standards within the shipping area; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, working collaboratively with other departments (warehouse, production planning, quality, transportation, and reverse logistics); Minimum requirements: * Completed high school or pursuing higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse areas. * Intermediate knowledge of Office suite. * Advantage: forklift operator certification course.
