What will be your main challenges? * Control, archive and update employee functional documents (hiring, contracts, benefits, terminations, among others); * Ensure the compliance of physical and digital files with LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and internal information security policies; * Assist in hiring, onboarding, internal transfers and termination processes; * Support the creation and maintenance of personnel control reports and spreadsheets; * Provide support during internal and external audits related to HR documentation; * Keep the document management system updated and organized; * File documents into employee records; * Collaborate with other company departments to promptly and securely fulfill requests for information and documents. * Authorized representative; 2511070202301854982
