We are looking for a Junior Divestment Analyst to join the Raízen team in Guariba and surrounding areas. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** *Assets:* * Conduct periodic inventories at Ethanol, Sugar, and Bioenergy units to identify opportunities related to non-functional items and make them available for sale; * Execute and monitor auction lotting processes, vehicle research, and inspections; * Monitor yards and managed assets (portfolio) from identification through delivery to customers; * Managerial follow-up of withdrawal schedules for auction/spot sales, ensuring information reaches interested parties; *Metal scrap and recyclables:* * Monitor proper storage of metal and precious scrap, ensuring timely removal flows; * Monitor and develop methods to control the flow of recyclable materials (oil, drums, paper, cardboard, and plastic), guaranteeing scheduling and adherence to removal timelines for cleaning and 5S in the locations where operations take place; * Interface with business areas aiming to promote 5S in production or equipment reserve sectors; *Dismantling:* * Map installations and structures for dismantling to generate revenue from material sales and achieve savings in contracting processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed (desirable); * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of agricultural/industrial machinery and equipment will be a differentiator; * SAP knowledge will be considered a differentiator; * Commercial skills and practices such as strong communication and strategic negotiation; * Clear and persuasive communication: Ability to present ideas clearly and adapt speech to the customer's profile; * Active listening: Understand the customer's real needs to offer suitable solutions; * Empathy: Put yourself in the customer's place to build genuine and lasting connections; * Negotiation: Ability to conduct advantageous agreements for both parties, handling objections intelligently; * Organization and discipline: Efficiently manage time, goals, and processes; * Technical knowledge: Master the products or services offered to convey confidence; * Creativity: Propose innovative and customized solutions for each customer; * Results focus: Work with clear goals and performance indicators; * Market knowledge; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH B); * Reside in the Guariba region. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration—completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss day-to-day activities and challenges. Ensure the efficient, traceable, and sustainable return of materials, products, and packaging, promoting a balance between cost, legal compliance, and environmental responsibility.
