Project proposal We are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** to support departmental routines, ensuring organization, process efficiency, and high-quality service to our employees. **Immediate start position!** Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. * Support the onboarding process for new employees. * Organize and manage employee admission documents. * Assist in organizing training sessions, internal initiatives, and organizational climate activities. * Update spreadsheets, reports, and departmental metrics. * Provide employee support, answering questions and redirecting requests as needed. * Assist in organizing documents and maintaining departmental files. * Ensure confidentiality of information and compliance with internal procedures. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Psychology or Human Resources. * Previous experience in Human Resources routines. * Experience in recruitment and selection and administrative HR tasks. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work location: Prima Línea Factory – Ribeirão das Neves.
