Technical Support and Maintenance** * **Repair Assistance:** Assist mechanics in assembling and disassembling engines, transmission systems, suspension, and braking systems. * **Component Replacement:** Replace fast-maintenance items such as filters (air, oil, fuel). * **Lubrication:** Perform engine oil changes, transmission fluid replacements, and grease application to joints and grease fittings. * **Cooling Systems:** Check fluid levels, clean the cooling system, and replenish radiator coolant additive. **2\. Workshop Organization and Logistics** * **Tool Care:** Organize tool carts, ensuring wrenches, sockets, and measuring equipment are clean and properly stored. * **Workplace Cleanliness:** Keep the workshop floor free of oil and debris to prevent accidents, and clean workbenches. * **Vehicle Movement:** Maneuver vehicles into or out of lifts and service bays. * **Waste Management:** Properly dispose of used oil, oily rags, and replaced metal parts in compliance with environmental regulations. **4\. Safety and Standards** * **PPE Usage:** Correctly wear gloves, safety goggles, safety boots, and hearing protection.
