Job Summary: We are seeking an Export Assistant to work in the Commercial area, responsible for international marketing processes, documentation, and shipment monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Position: **Export Assistant**, to be based at our **Montenegro/RS** unit. ****Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive draft purchase orders and conduct critical analysis of commercial contracts according to established procedures; * Execute administrative control of export shipments; * Arrange all necessary documentation and formalities for the marketing process, such as: requesting maritime freight from Logistics, issuing bill of lading instructions and Export Declaration (DUE), coordinating cargo delivery to the port, and managing all subsequent stages until process completion, in accordance with procedures; * Monitor daily shipments and cargo movement by accessing relevant systems or designated e\-mails for each transportation mode or service provider, performing critical process analysis and taking appropriate actions; * Stay updated on regulations, legislation, and other regulatory requirements related to product marketing in the applicable market, per procedure; * Perform other related tasks commensurate with skills and capabilities; * Participate in service provider performance evaluations; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields. * Knowledge of customs routines; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Preferred: Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish **Additional Information** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. * Health and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * On-site Cafeteria; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Birthday Day Off; * Vittude; * WellHub. **Sustainability Reference for 77 Years** With a history spanning over seven decades, our company stands as a true example of commitment to sustainability.
