Job Summary:
Professional responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of low-voltage electrical systems, hydraulic systems, telephone systems, as well as minor building repairs.

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on low-voltage electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and telephone systems; carry out minor repairs, painting, carpentry, and joinery work to ensure proper functioning of building facilities. Perform work at heights.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan and monitor inspection and maintenance/operation schedules for electrical, hydraulic, and telephone systems;
* Carry out assembly, adjustment, repair, and installation activities for low-voltage electrical, hydraulic, and telephone equipment and appliances;
* Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and telephone equipment; procure tools and testing instruments required for maintenance and installation services, as well as for acceptance and commissioning of new equipment and instruments;
* Install and maintain lighting circuits and lines, including separating, replacing, and securing outlets, switches, fuses, light bulbs, and air conditioning units, to ensure proper operation of the company's electrical system;
* Perform maintenance on general plumbing systems, repairing or replacing water tanks, showerheads, floor drains, valves, taps, damaged pipes, hydraulic pumps, locating and eliminating leaks, and unclogging pipes;
* Clean water tanks;
* Modify the telecommunications system by improving telephone network and extension installations, adjusting equipment configurations when necessary for optimal performance;
* Perform minor painting tasks;
* Perform minor joinery and carpentry tasks;
* Perform general minor building repairs.
* Perform work at heights.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* NR 35 Certification \- Work at Heights;
* NR 10 Certification \- Electrical Safety in Installations and Services;
* Prior experience in building maintenance is desirable.
