If these values resonate with you, join Grupo Panvel’s team and let’s share ideas together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor electronic service invoices (NFS-e) received and issued, performing validations, registrations, and discrepancy resolution. * Support reconciliation of information between NFS-e and internal and external systems used by the department. * Assist in ISS calculation, issuance of payment slips, and payment tracking, in accordance with defined procedures. * Provide support in verifying tax rules applicable to services, monitoring legislative updates and internal guidelines. * Contribute suggestions for process improvements within the department, aiming for greater control and reduced rework. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience or internship in tax-related roles is desirable, preferably involving service-related routines. * Basic knowledge of ISSQN and withholding taxes (ISS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, and INSS) is desirable. * Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and filters. * Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Birthday leave (day off on your birthday) * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacies * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (through the Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Programs supporting mental health and financial planning * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation * Wellhub (discounts at gyms) Caring is at our core.
