




**Previous experience in Treasury required** **Must reside in Bragança Paulista or nearby areas.** The **Treasury Assistant** is responsible for supporting processes from cash register opening to closing, as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and preparation of managerial reports. Responsibilities of the **Treasury Assistant** include: · Daily reconciliation of cash and/or debit and credit card receipts, comparing them with reports generated by the company’s system, and forwarding such reports to the office at the beginning of each month; · Daily completion of spreadsheets related to expenses, closing control, deposits, and cash surplus and/or shortages reported by cash operators; · Daily separation and organization of banking data within the system, verifying debit and credit entries, recording corresponding card brands and respective surpluses and/or shortages when such information is not provided by the system; · Transferring information to the appropriate accounts; · Daily cash register opening and closing; · Performing cash withdrawals from registers and cash exchanges, as needed; · Supporting the HR department in payroll closing, work schedules, document requests for hiring or termination, bank account opening, and other personnel department routines; · Requesting PPEs and uniforms from the HR department, distributing them to employees, and supervising their proper use; · Substituting for Cash Operators, as needed; Job type: Permanent CLT position Salary: R$2.226,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
