Experience in pavement construction projects Position: Construction Supervisor We are looking for a committed professional with leadership skills and experience in pavement construction projects to work on construction sites, coordinating teams and ensuring service execution with quality, safety, and productivity. Main Responsibilities: * Lead, guide, and monitor field teams; * Assign daily tasks and monitor their execution; * Ensure adherence to project schedule and quality standards; * Monitor productivity, materials, equipment, and other resources used; * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations; * Support the Engineer and Site Supervisor in activity management; * Monitor pavement construction and highway maintenance activities. Requirements: * Experience as a Construction Supervisor; * Knowledge of pavement construction projects (a significant advantage); * Driver's license category **D**; * Updated **Passenger Collective Transport** course; * Availability to work on construction sites.
