




Join the Passarela team! **Your responsibilities will be:** Assist in implementing and ensuring compliance with company policies; Screen resumes, contact candidates, conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the best profiles for hiring; Coordinate and monitor admission, termination, and periodic medical examinations (return-to-work and job role changes); Provide required documentation lists for onboarding and collect completed documents, forwarding them to the headquarters HR department for formal hiring; Collect signatures on documents (records, contracts, timecards, payroll forms, etc...); Purchase transportation vouchers, manage inventory, and distribute them to employees as needed; Manage distribution of meal vouchers and benefit cards, collecting employee signatures on delivery receipts; Monitor leaves of absence and medical certificates, recording data in spreadsheets for internal tracking; Review and monitor timecard reports, sending them to supervisors and, when discrepancies occur, issuing warnings or suspensions if necessary; , **Job requirements:** Computer literacy, labor legislation knowledge, experience with assessment techniques. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Management Processes, or related fields 1 year of experience
