Detailed Description: * Develop and execute engineering projects, detailing the project plan, coordinating with specialists and departments to build the schedule and milestones specified in the methodology, and monitoring activities across various involved disciplines to ensure timely, high-quality delivery meeting agreed-upon specifications with the client. * Lead and participate in project detailing meetings according to specific methodology, identifying all planned phases, deliverables, and deadlines, and aligning with involved departments on expected timelines for fulfillment. * Monitor project progress across all phases, engaging relevant stakeholders per the established schedule, identifying critical issues, analyzing root causes of schedule or cost deviations, and implementing approved corrective actions to ensure alignment among all parties regarding work progress and potential cross-disciplinary or cross-project impacts. * Manage project costs and measure service performance of engineering suppliers, verifying actual technical staff performance with technical professionals, generating purchase requisitions and approving payments per company procedures. * Apply project development methodologies as well as planning formulation, control, and evaluation tools, managing approval milestones and conducting necessary communications to ensure activities proceed as planned. * Identify process problems and opportunities through results analysis, examination of reorganization and optimization possibilities, specification of new models, and assessment of required costs and investments—aiming to enhance performance, reduce costs, and/or extend equipment service life, thereby maximizing asset value. * Participate in project development during conceptual, basic, and detailed design phases, supporting project development, interface management, synergies, and other engineering correlations among projects. * Prepare technical specifications for procurement of equipment and materials to be installed, presenting comparative and conclusive technical analysis reports to support leadership decision-making. * Monitor equipment and technical service procurement processes per internal procedures and provide technical support for acquisition-related decisions, overseeing the supply phase to ensure quality and adherence to the agreed schedule. * Supervise field team activities and deliverables to ensure construction progress remains on plan and to take corrective action in case of deviations. * Conduct budgetary and technical feasibility analyses of projects within your area of responsibility per internal methodologies and procedures to meet contractual scope requirements agreed upon with the client. * Prepare interim and final reports on projects under your responsibility, highlighting any identified issues to provide decision-support material for the contract manager. * Perform assigned tasks per received plans, under supervision and/or support from more technically proficient professionals or immediate supervisors—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
