Collaborate with the Procurement department. **Job Description** * Carry out various administrative and/or operational processes, resolving issues of moderate complexity; * Maintain updated information and organized documents within their work area to support operational efficiency; * Monitor store inventory for the product line under their responsibility, analyzing established performance indicators; * Initiate replenishment actions for stores within the product line under their responsibility, forwarding necessary measures; * Administer replenishment activities for stores within the product line under their responsibility, forwarding necessary measures; * Communicate with stores/company units to resolve or forward routine procurement process tasks; * Collaborate with the Procurement department. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–6:00 PM. Fridays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–5:00 PM. **Prerequisites** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree, preferably in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); * Retail experience is desirable.
