Job Summary: Systems Support Specialist focused on SAP and Brazilian tax localization to ensure stability and compliance between Tax and Accounting departments. Key Highlights: 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We are seeking a **Systems Support Specialist** to bridge the **Tax and Accounting** departments, ensuring system stability, legal compliance, and continuous evolution of corporate systems—with strong emphasis on **SAP** and **Brazilian tax localization**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **SAP systems support** (Levels N1, N2, and N3\). * Address and resolve **functional incidents**, ensuring business process continuity. * Conduct **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and propose effective solutions. * Implement **corrections and configuration adjustments**. * Provide **business team support**, translating technical requirements into functional solutions. * Work with **Tax / Localization BR**, including: * ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, and withholding taxes. * Work with **SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance)**: * NF\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e, e\-Reinf, ECF. * Participate in **meetings with key users** and internal departments. * Ensure alignment with technical teams (**ABAP, BASIS, functional, and integration teams**). * Manage **change management**: * Validate transports. * Execute unit and integrated tests. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business areas. * Identify opportunities for **continuous improvement**, proposing automation and process optimization. ### **Requirements** * Experience in **SAP systems support**. * Experience with the LINX platform. * Solid knowledge of **Brazilian tax legislation** and its systemic impacts. * Strong analytical and **problem-solving skills**. * Attention to detail and an end-to-end **process-oriented mindset**.
