And you can be part of this team. **About the Position:** Ensure concrete quality control according to established technical, quality, and safety standards and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and maintain the laboratory under appropriate working conditions; * Perform collection, demolding, immersion in tank, breaking, and registration in the Protheus system of test specimens (CPS); * Conduct gravel and sand testing (granulometry); * Monitor and supervise ongoing construction sites; * Plan, conduct, and supervise technological control training for employees; * Record delivery receipts in the Protheus system; * Perform sand moisture testing when applicable; * Carry out additive weighing when necessary; * Collect CPS from construction sites and/or prepare remote casting samples at the central plant; * Collect, supervise, package, and send cement samples as required; * Perform work at heights (above 2 meters) in compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures when necessary; * Carry out demolding, cleaning, and spraying of molds according to internal procedures; * Check drivers' slump kits; * Send strength reports to clients when authorized by management; * Transport and retrieve mortar boxes from construction sites; * Perform other related duties as required. **Qualifications:** * Minimum Required: Technical Degree in Building Construction; * Desired: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. **Requirements:** * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH B); * Flexible working hours; * Experience in laboratory analyses; * Reside in the company's operational region; * Availability for travel when necessary; * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
