Monitoring and implementation of ERP updates **SUPPORT ANALYST** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Provide timely, clear, and secure support to ERP users; Manage ERP users, access levels, and profiles; Monitor, review, test, and implement ERP version updates. **Requirements:** Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Science, or related fields; Relevant work experience; Proficiency in Oracle programming languages: PL/SQL, SQL Developer; Familiarity with Sankhya ERP system is preferred; Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and resilience. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:15 to 17:45. **Benefits:** Salary range: BRL 1,800.00 to BRL 2,000.00.
