**Main Responsibilities** * Guide and direct procedures for units that currently hold or will undergo ISO, BRC, and Halal certifications. * Implement, maintain, and standardize the Quality Management System across units. * Develop, review, and control procedures, work instructions, and quality system documents. * Serve as the technical reference for matters related to Quality, certifications, and audits. * Conduct analyses of internal nonconformities, supplier nonconformities, customer nonconformities, and official agency nonconformities, proposing corrective action plans. * Develop and monitor quality indicators, including customer complaints, physicochemical compliance, production process indicators, and nonconformities. * Support the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production processes from a Quality perspective. * Interface with official agencies, customers, and certification bodies. * Support and conduct internal, external, and certification audits. * Act as a facilitator in disseminating Quality and food safety culture among unit teams. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:18 PM\. **Requirements** · Completed undergraduate degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related fields. · Postgraduate studies or specialization in Quality, Food Safety, or Industrial Management will be considered an advantage. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality or industrial processes is desirable. · Experience with Quality Management Systems and certification processes, especially ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, and Halal. · Proficiency in Quality tools (PDCA, MASP, 5W2H, Ishikawa, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP**)**), and conducting internal audits. · Knowledge of document management, indicator development and monitoring, statistical process analysis, and nonconformity handling. · Familiarity with **r**egulatory requirements applicable to the food and animal nutrition industries. · Intermediate English proficiency. · Willingness to travel nationwide across Brazil.
