Job Summary: Analyst role focused on logistics indicators, service level, costs, and productivity, involving report generation, data compilation, and financial reclassification. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of logistics and operational performance indicators 2. Management and monitoring of operating costs and productivity 3. Preparation of managerial reports and presentations * Logistics indicator analysis and generation: monitor technical and operational indicators for local CD results; * Service level: prepare presentations with charts showing CD results; * Costs: generate reports and monitor CD operating costs; * Productivity: compile operational team information and forward results to supervision and coordination for analysis and improvement actions; * Account reclassification: perform monthly cost closing for the area in SAP, carrying out reclassifications according to results and guidance from coordination and management; * Closing volume: generate SAP reports to track volumes handled in operations; * Spreadsheets, reports, and presentations: performed monthly closings of CD results in Excel and PowerPoint for coordination to analyze results and present to management. Data was obtained via SAP and company managerial reports.
