




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Publicity; Graphic Design and related fields; * Knowledge and experience in operationalization and analysis of online media; * Experience in sales performance analysis by traffic sources; * Experience with analytics tools and hands-on expertise in Google Analytics and other BI tools focused on online business analysis. We are looking for a Retail Media Analyst to join our E\-commerce team. This person will be responsible for strategically and operationally managing prospecting and creating Retail Media plans to meet advertiser challenges; handling advertiser relationships, designing campaign strategies and operations, and managing portfolios of small, medium, or large advertisers. * Work within the Retail Media team, fostering business opportunities with manufacturers to increase sell-out and gain market share for suppliers; * Serve as the focal point between Trade, Sales, Marketing, CRM, and CX teams, leading development strategies and plans, providing commercial and strategic direction to the team; * Lead commercial presentations/pitches, strategic meetings with partner manufacturers, and creation and presentation of reports; * Act as the liaison with the performance agency responsible for media operations and other partners involved in the project; * Monitor activation and campaign performance, generating insights for decision-making; * Manage media metrics and campaigns (CPC, CPM, ROAS, TKM, Conversion Rate); * Constantly work with Google Analytics. 2510190202501758773
