**Responsibilities and duties**
* Develop and implement LEAN tools (Kaizen events, 5S, Routine Management, Standard Work, etc.) within your operating unit;
* Capture results from LEAN activities and disseminate them within your operating unit;
* Monitor operational and strategic performance indicators (data, targets, action plans) with departments and support deviation resolution;
* Extend improvements achieved in Kaizen events from other units to your own unit (yokoten);
* Support departments in analyzing and verifying impacts;
* Perform other related tasks as determined by your immediate supervisor;
* Carry out activities and contribute to the continuous improvement process of the SOMMA program.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Availability for travel;
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Office Suite.
