Join us in transforming the world sustainably and innovatively! **\#VemSerSSA** **\#SSA \- Nourishing lives and building dreams** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue fiscal invoices in compliance with current legislation using a dedicated system, ensuring prompt and accurate vehicle release. * Register correction letters to adjust fiscal invoices and other documents, preserving data integrity. * Enter pallet and data information into a dedicated system, controlling records and transfers between units. * Request consumables via system, ensuring appropriate replenishment of departmental items. * Open Service Orders (SOs) and provide support to the scale team. * Manage overall inventory inflow and outflow across units, recording transfers by cost center. * Enter GTA data for issuing poultry slaughter health bulletins, generating transport documents for live chickens. * Issue partial and full return invoices, organizing documents for cargo receipt and financial write-off. * Register and update customer information in the system, forwarding details to the responsible area. * Process orders and integrate data with SEFAZ, ensuring correct fiscal invoice issuance. * Generate tax payment slips from partner reports, producing documents for payment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Availability to work flexible hours * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information** São Salvador Alimentos, owner of the brands **SuperFrango and Boua**, has 33 years of history in the industrial sector and has been operating in Brazilian poultry farming for 50 years, today ranking among the leading producers of chicken protein in Brazil.
