Conduct quotations with multiple suppliers and carry out negotiations, evaluating quality and cost-effectiveness. Reduce costs and waste. Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice entries. Support and guide local teams handling emergency purchases. Establish rules, standards, and best procurement practices for replication across units.
