DNA RH is conducting the selection process for one of our industrial sector clients, seeking a Supervisor of Teams and Services with a technical, analytical profile and strong leadership skills. ### **About the Opportunity** The Supervisor of Teams and Services will be responsible for coordinating operational and field activities, ensuring team performance and service excellence delivered to customers. This is a strategic role for the business, involving planning, people management, indicator control, and continuous improvement in technical support and installation processes. It is the ideal position for someone who enjoys leading teams, organizing operations, and turning challenges into practical and sustainable results. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise maintenance, installations, and service quotations. * Distribute and monitor technical service schedules. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO 9001\). * Manage and develop technical teams: evaluations, training, and feedback. * Control area performance indicators and costs. * Address non-conformities and implement action plans. * Ensure adequate infrastructure (tools, vehicles, equipment). * Maintain constant communication with internal departments and customers. * Register and update services in ERP and CRM systems. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies in related areas are desirable. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical or field supervision. * Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP, CRM. * Valid driver's license category B and availability for travel. ### **Job Conditions** * **Employment type:** CLT * **Salary range:** BRL 5,000.00 to BRL 5,500.00 * **Location:** São Leopoldo/RS * **Work hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours. ### **Benefits** * Flexible benefit: BRL 800.00 per month * Health insurance * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) * Attendance bonus: BRL 140.00 per month * Education assistance: * Access to Wellhub (formerly Gympass) Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License Required: B
