




Execution, management, and organizational skills: * Scheduling technical visits (one-time or recurring), as well as any other activities involving the technical team's work on occupational safety for our clients. * Ability to plan, communicate, and monitor technical service delivery timelines (reports, training sessions, among others), aligning priorities and keeping the technical team engaged. * Interacting with clients to understand their needs and collect feedback for service improvements. * Analytical ability to identify bottlenecks, delays, and opportunities for improvement in operational workflows. Customer success strategy development * Mapping the customer journey from onboarding to renewal or cancellation. * Segmenting customers (by size, potential, maturity) and defining personalized relationship strategies. * Collaborating in the development of new services and products. * Churn management. * **Requirements:** * Experience in operational coordination roles. * Prior experience in business management and/or knowledge of what is required to start a business (legal, accounting, tax concepts, etc.) * Proficiency in project management tools and agile prioritization methods (Kanban, basic Scrum). * Previous experience in OHS and/or understanding of occupational health’s role in company management. * Proficiency in data analysis tools. * Prior leadership experience and/or direct supervision of teams. * Familiarity with process management (routines, KPIs, deadlines, cadence). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Discipline in using digital management tools (Lemed-specific management system, spreadsheets, Kanban, etc.). * Availability to work on-site in São Francisco de Paula - RS (possibility of hybrid model in the future). * **Desirable** * Prior experience in business management and/or knowledge of what is required to start a business (legal, accounting, tax concepts, etc.) * Proficiency in project management tools and agile prioritization methods (Kanban, basic Scrum). * Previous experience in OHS and/or understanding of occupational health’s role in company management. * Proficiency in data analysis tools.
