Job Summary: IT Developer focused on end-to-end delivery, quality, requirement translation, solution development, testing, post-deployment monitoring, and system integration. Key Highlights: 1. Mentor junior developers and share knowledge Deliver medium- and large-scale end-to-end features with emphasis on quality and deadlines. Translate business area requirements into clear tasks and specifications. Build/adjust services, applications, automations, AI agents, user interfaces, and reports according to company standards. Test developed components and validate them in the staging environment before deployment. Monitor errors and performance post-deployment and act promptly when issues arise. Integrate internal systems (e.g., ERP, Andon/factory floor, Microsoft 365/Power Platform). Document work performed (step-by-step, decisions made, evidence) in a simple and accessible manner. Conduct peer code reviews and support junior developers. Follow the deployment pipeline (CI/CD) and trigger rollback procedures when necessary. Ensure data security and privacy compliance with internal policies and LGPD. Suggest performance, usability, and process improvements when opportunities are identified. Collaborate with product, production, and other departments to prioritize high-value initiatives. Behavioral Skills: influential communication, scope/risk negotiation, prioritization. **Attitudes:** Ownership mindset, results orientation, and continuous improvement. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, and AI Agents.
