




**Your mission as a Contabilíder:** Contabilíders are responsible for disseminating the Contabilizei culture and promoting the development and sense of ownership among Guardians and Guardianas. Therefore, it is essential that each leader communicates effectively to strengthen relationships with their team and maintains an analytical mindset to ensure high-quality deliverables and results. Our leadership must also work in a planned manner with a future-oriented vision to anticipate needs and solve problems across diverse scenarios. Lead and guide the advisory team with a client-centric focus, ensuring excellence in consultative service delivery—emphasizing information quality, legal compliance, and customer experience.
