### **Come take off with South System!** We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to board our spaceship and, together, drive people and businesses forward through innovation. #### **Senior Systems Analyst** #### **Location: Hybrid** **Responsibilities**: * Conduct requirements and business needs analysis for the creation or modification of systems; * Translate business requirements into development specifications. * Apply techniques for gathering needs; * Clearly instruct developers on documented requirements; * Participate in creating technical documentation for all implementation work performed; * Identify errors in implementation and report them to system developers; * Prepare documents for deployment and support in system projects; * Support other analysts in the area with implementation, updates, and maintenance of used systems; * Work on defining functionalities to address service tickets, project requirements, and/or specific support demands of solutions; * Understand the business processes served by your area of responsibility; * Research and propose improvements in methodologies used; * Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies and LGPD; * Strive for overall company quality, suggesting improvements or corrections in processes and/or procedures adopted for activity execution; * Perform additional activities beyond those established for the role, considering internal demands and/or instructions from immediate supervisors. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in systems development (completed); * Advanced knowledge in software requirements analysis and specification; * Knowledge of BPM concepts; * Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. * Requirements Analysis; * System specification/modeling languages (e.g., flowcharts, UML, etc.); **Desirable Skills:** * Knowledge of Oracle database technologies and languages (SQL and PL/SQL); * Knowledge in object-oriented analysis and SOA concepts. **Benefits that make a difference:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy** according to recommendations from the Business Partner team, with curation and guidance. * **Home office benefit** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Are you interested in this opportunity?
