




Responsibilities 1. Assist in preparing commercial proposals and quotations; 2. Provide customer service, clarifying inquiries and supplying information about products and services; 3. Maintain up-to-date customer and supplier records in the system; 4. Support the sales team in prospecting activities, such as market research and identification of new customers; 5. Monitor the sales process from order placement through packaging return, ensuring customer satisfaction; 6. Prepare sales and performance reports, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities; 7. Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaborate in conveying critical information; 8. Organize and participate in sales meetings, recording agendas and decisions; 9. Request negotiated freight; 10. Track complaint resolutions via Customer Service Center (CSC); 11. Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations; 12. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, as directed by superiors or required by operational needs, aiming to optimize processes. Technical Skills 1. Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite; 2. Communication and interpersonal relationship skills; 3. Organizational skills and attention to detail
