




The Legal Controller Assistant serves as essential support to the legal team, responsible for organizing and updating documents and processes—both physical and digital. Key responsibilities include archiving protocols and certificates, managing spreadsheets for debts and precatórios (judgment awards), registering and updating cases in the internal system, issuing court fee payment slips, and monitoring tax enforcement proceedings. Additionally, the role supports preparation of client reports, conducts research on new cases, and maintains organization of clients’ digital folders, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in administrative and legal processes. * Support the legal unit of a coordination team. * Physically archive protocol and certificate documents. * Update the number of virtualized cases. * Update and manage CDA (Certidão de Dívida Ativa) spreadsheets. * Register/update cases in the office’s network and internal system. * Assist in updating case reports for clients. * Search for data on new clients and all their cases—federal and state (for registration and tracking of tax enforcement proceedings). * Download, verify, and compare client debt reports monthly. * Link compensation requests to client case spreadsheets—in the CDA spreadsheet. * Update the precatórios spreadsheet. * Issue court fee payment slips for certificates of assignment. * Link debts to cases, verifying agreements and installment plans. * Research whether new tax enforcement proceedings exist for clients in the firm’s portfolio (across all units) and forward findings to the legal manager and legal coordinator. * Update the CDA spreadsheet with new tax enforcement proceedings from all units. * Update client documents received from the administrative department in the respective digital folders of the requesting unit.
