**Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in programming languages for AI, such as Python; * Experience with AI/Machine Learning libraries; * Knowledge of relational databases (SQL); * Experience with Sankhya development (SQL, Java); * Familiarity with ETL concepts, data analysis, and predictive modeling; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; * Ability to interpret data and propose intelligent solutions; * Flexibility to adapt to technological and scope changes; * Commitment to delivering business-value-adding outcomes; * Ability to translate technical concepts for business areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop AI-based solutions to optimize internal processes and enhance the user experience of the Sankhya ERP; * Create and maintain integrations between AI systems and Sankhya, using APIs, Web Services, and custom routines; * Automate repetitive tasks and generate insights from ERP data using Machine Learning and NLP techniques; * Participate in technology innovation projects, proposing improvements and new approaches for corporate data usage; * Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and transform them into intelligent solutions; * Participate in technical meetings and scope definition sessions, contributing analytical and technological insights.
