Come Multiply happiness with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * We are seeking a Contract Assistant to work in our Sales Room. The professional will be responsible for managing, preparing, and controlling sales contracts, as well as supporting the sales team and customers, ensuring all processes are carried out according to company policies and current legislation. * Prepare, review, and ensure the formalization of purchase and sale contracts. * Monitor contract processing, ensuring all necessary documents are properly attached and processed. * Maintain control and archiving of contracts and documents related to sales processes. * Assist in verifying customer information and data, ensuring all contract details are accurate and complete. * Provide support to the sales team and customers regarding contractual questions. * Verify compliance with agreed contract terms by both the company and customers. * Support the preparation of addendums and notifications. * Monitor deadlines and processes related to closing sales. * Keep the contract management system updated. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma (higher education degree is a plus) * Previous experience in contract management or administrative activities. * Knowledge of sales routines and commercial contracts.
