




Job Summary: Provide technical support to customers, assist with inquiries, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to the system's operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Training and implementation for new companies Perform assigned tasks by providing technical support to customers, assisting with inquiries, collaborating on preventive maintenance, identifying and assisting in resolving system faults, and contributing to efficient system operation in support of customers' operational and strategic success. * Provide customer service via telephone, chat, and in-person; * Resolve configuration-related issues; * Install, configure, and update software; * Perform preventive maintenance; * Perform configurations according to customer requests; * Gather and preliminarily assess customer requests; * Provide specific support via email; * Conduct on-site and/or online training; * Implement systems for new companies; * Monitor releases, notifications, manuals, messages, and mantis updates to stay current on system requests, implementations, and corrections; * Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on the corporate vehicle; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
