Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment after maintenance completion; * Conduct complex fault diagnosis; * Install, configure, and calibrate automatic steering systems and GPS systems; * Interpret diagrams; * Maintain CVT transmissions; * List required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer after repair; * Accurately record all work, downtime, and events in your daily report, and follow all recommendations (inspections and maintenance) related to your work vehicle; * Administer field services via the Dealer system and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Driver’s License Category B; * Reside in Sorriso \- MT; * Availability for flexible hours and travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Technical certification in a relevant field is a plus; **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
