Responsibilities* Manage the workshop service schedule, ensuring all vehicles are received and delivered on time and to the required quality standard; * Monitor ongoing services; * Support alignment between the workshop and reception to ensure efficiency, organization, and service quality; * Maintain control over workshop tools; * Reassign services as needed; * Maintain constant communication with consultants regarding any unforeseen issues, delays, or rescheduling of services.
