




Job Summary: This role involves preparing exam rooms, managing equipment, handling exam results, guiding patients through procedures, and managing patient reception and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and ensure the proper operation of equipment and materials for examinations. 2. Receive, verify, and deliver examination reports and results to patients. 3. Guide patients, position them for examinations, and assist physicians. * Prepare examination rooms, check the functionality of equipment—including ultrasound and densitometry machines, air conditioning, and TVs—and ensure that all necessary materials for each examination are available and ready for use; * Receive and verify reports with images, seal them, and deliver examination results to patients or hospitals; * Verify whether clients have completed the required preparation for examinations according to physician orders and internal criteria; provide pre- and post-examination instructions; position clients for examinations; and assist physicians; * Receive clients, open attendance records, verify health insurance authorization according to the patient/client’s card information, confirm the type of examination requested, and validate examination requisitions and registration by entering client data into the electronic system.
