Knowledge of Budgeting and Production Cost **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours, 44 hours per week **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform monthly closing activities, such as: verification of input consumption, verification of recorded working hours at Farms (for activity-based allocation), PDCA management (a cost management tool), data verification, indicator compilation, and feedback to Units. Related budgeting activities include: price registration, project planning, allocations, among others. Provide strong support across all operational activities of the area: * PDCA Management (indicator compilation and feedback to Units); * Budget preparation and production cost management; * Budget preparation and CAPEX management; * Support in all operational activities of the area. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Knowledge of budgeting and production cost; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); * **Candidates from other cities and states are welcome, provided they are willing to reside on-site at the farm in company-provided accommodation**; * Willingness to travel. **Work Location:** Farms in Mato Grosso/MT **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Education Allowance, Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave, Others, Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher OR Food Voucher
