Apprentice (Administrative) HR / Logistics - In-person in Macaé-RJ / Apprentice (HR / Logistics)

We are looking for young people who are committed to learning and starting a career with responsibility and dedication. This person will work in administrative activities, gaining experience in activities related to Human Resources or supplies. Reports to: Coordinators Interfaces: Warehouse / Supply chain / Project / HR team. Prerequisites:  Between 18 and 22 years old (in accordance with the Apprenticeship Law)  Currently enrolled in or have completed high school/technical school or university (preferably with a degree in Logistics, Human Resources or Administration)  Available 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday  Basic computer and English skills Previous administrative experience is desirable Responsibilities Supplies:  Assist in the classification and verification of products  Support the labelling and packaging of materials  Organise shelves and storage areas  Make simple records of goods entering and leaving the warehouse  Assist in the preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment (cleaning, visual inspection, lubrication under supervision  Organise tools and parts in the maintenance warehouse  Assist in controlling the inventory of spare parts and materials  Ensure the order and cleanliness of the workshop or maintenance department \- Follow safety rules and use PPE as indicated  Participate in the programme's mandatory technical and theoretical training sessions Human Resources: Organise and monitor timesheets Assist in organising certificates in digital files Assist in recruitment by screening and scheduling interviews Employee services Delivery of benefit cards to employees Assist in issuing shipping declarations, among other tasks Assist in wellness initiatives.
